But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elmeri Määttänen couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yiğit Koçubey in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikko Puikkonen saved Vastarinta from getting behind. In the 8th minute of the match Vaanila got a corner. Vastarinta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelo Ciceron ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Deyver Sonn got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mikko Puikkonen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Vastarinta booed when Vaanila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. 徐寒凡 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Vastarinta's Valto Väätäinen got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Deyver Sonn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikko Puikkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elmeri Määttänen in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Sampsa Takala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Aarre Kuparinen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vastarinta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaanila the free kick. Aarre Kuparinen hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Deyver Sonn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikko Puikkonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deyver Sonn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Deyver Sonn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikko Puikkonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Lehto hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Elmeri Määttänen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mikko Puikkonen having to make a save. Deyver Sonn scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikko Puikkonen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elmeri Määttänen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikko Puikkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deyver Sonn in the 45th minute of play. Yiğit Koçubey took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikko Puikkonen. Mikko Puikkonen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Vastarinta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vaanila were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sami Vuorio to make the kick off. Mikko Puikkonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deyver Sonn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th match minute, Vaanila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 徐寒凡 to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Deyver Sonn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 郑诚震 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sami Vuorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jaakko Lehtinen hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Deyver Sonn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mikko Puikkonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yiğit Koçubey in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikko Puikkonen saved Vastarinta from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, Vastarinta's goal looked a bit too open when Deyver Sonn came free, but Mikko Puikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vastarinta's zone, Deyver Sonn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikko Puikkonen came out of the goal and Deyver Sonn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikko Puikkonen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. If Yiğit Koçubey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Vaanila could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vastarinta throughout the match.
