Dimitris Perdikakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Iorda in the 37th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind HUIJARI karppamies's goalkeeper Dimitris Perdikakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Torsti Tuuri ran back to his position shaking his head. Taavetti Mattila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsti Tuuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80thth minute of the game Mai Li Cheng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HUIJARI karppamies's Dimitris Perdikakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Mai Li Cheng had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitris Perdikakis. HUIJARI karppamies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mai Li Cheng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A sloppy throw-in by Stelian Elisei in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's Kyösti Puumala. Torsti Tuuri might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taavetti Mattila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torsti Tuuri ran back to his position shaking his head. Taavetti Mattila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsti Tuuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taavetti Mattila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsti Tuuri, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
