In the 15thth minute of the game Safwat Gomaa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wardian's Mohammed Hamada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mohammed Hamada made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Safwat Gomaa sent off a good shot on target. Mubarak Riad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hatem Hatem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Mandishah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ameer Mahgoub to maneuver through the defense. Hashem Magdy took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mubarak Riad. Mubarak Riad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.
