After 15 played minutes Chelsea got a freekick which was hit by Ayoub Sameeh. In the 16th minute of the match Samir El-Saeed shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aaser Mubarak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aaser Mubarak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raslan Mowafak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nassef Hassan in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaser Mubarak saved Chelsea from getting behind. The supporters of Qelishan booed when Chelsea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramzy Taimour didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nassef Hassan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaser Mubarak having to interfere. Nassef Hassan struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Aaser Mubarak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Qelishan. If Raslan Mowafak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Raslan Mowafak came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Qelishan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raslan Mowafak couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raslan Mowafak was the one to do the kick off. Aaser Mubarak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raslan Mowafak, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Raslan Mowafak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Qelishan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raslan Mowafak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raslan Mowafak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Aaser Mubarak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Chelsea's goalkeeper Aaser Mubarak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nassef Hassan. After 69 played minutes Qelishan got a freekick which was hit by Talaat Mortada. Abdel Hameed Mounir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ashraf Zidan having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Gameel Abdel Hameed notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Qelishan's Ashraf Zidan. Ashraf Zidan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aaser Mubarak made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Nassef Hassan sent off a good shot on target. If Nassef Hassan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayoub Sameeh got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Chelsea's Amr Medhat suffered a sprained foot after 88 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 88 minutes, Nassef Hassan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Qelishan and the Chelsea players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Chelsea booed when Qelishan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nassef Hassan didn't get a good kick on the ball.
