Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Shams Hussien kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Fathy Serag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samnud's supporters rose to their feet, but Fathy Serag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Shehta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Fathy Serag came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Samnud fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fathy Serag couldn't finish the play. The Samnud fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Samnud's Fathy Serag looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Osama Serag struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Omar Shehta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samnud. In the 15th minute Osama Serag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Shehta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Fathy Serag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Samnud's Rasheed Abu Al Dahab nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omar Shehta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 27 played minutes Samnud got a freekick which was hit by Galal Deyaa. Fathy Serag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Omar Shehta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Shehta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fathy Serag in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Tanah's goal looked a bit too open when Osama Serag came free, but Omar Shehta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fathy Serag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tanah's zone, Osama Serag stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Shehta came out of the goal and Osama Serag tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samnud were furious when Saad Saad was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fathy Serag to make the kick off. When Samnud's Fathy Serag in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tanah's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Fathy Serag got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Shams Hussien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Fathy Serag's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Shehta was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Fathy Serag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Omar Shehta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasheed Abu Al Dahab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Omar Shehta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fathy Serag in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Samnud's Fathy Serag sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Shehta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84thth minute of the game Fathy Serag who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tanah's Omar Shehta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shady Hamada kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes, Samnud's Osama Serag shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Shehta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samnud reached it. After 93 played minutes Samnud got a freekick which was hit by Fathy Serag. Shams Hussien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Alaa Osama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fathy Serag might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Shehta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fathy Serag ran back to his position shaking his head. Samnud played a much better game than Tanah and deserved their victory. The Tanah players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
