Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 9 played minutes Hurghada got a freekick which was hit by Fathy Kordy. Fathy Kordy might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kareem Sameeh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fathy Kordy ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Ahlawy's zone, Barakat Hossam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kareem Sameeh came out of the goal and Barakat Hossam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barakat Hossam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kareem Sameeh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hurghada booed when Ahlawy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohammed Batran didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Salem Kamal came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Hurghada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salem Kamal couldn't finish the play. Barakat Hossam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Hurghada's goal looked a bit too open when Monzer Osama came free, but Fareed Ahmed reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 52nd minute, Barakat Hossam made a precise shot to the right of Kareem Sameeh. Ahlawy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 60th minute, Barakat Hossam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Fathy Kordy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hurghada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fathy Kordy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute Barakat Hossam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kareem Sameeh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Salem Kamal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Hurghada getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Salem Kamal hit a great ball. Fareed Ahmed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monzer Osama, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Hurghada's Fathy Kordy got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Monzer Osama got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hurghada's Fareed Ahmed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monzer Osama in the 88th minute of play. Barakat Hossam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hurghada fully deserved thier win.
