Hossam Yassine's late challenge caught a StalkerS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hossam Yassine helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Zoro FC's Hossam Yassine got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fareed Mubarak in the 7th minute of play forced Zoro FC's goalkeeper Abdel Masoud Lateef to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moheb Aino in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdel Masoud Lateef saved Zoro FC from getting behind. In the 11th minute Deyab Maged shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marwan Metwaly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes StalkerS got a freekick which was hit by Zidan Sameh. Akram Zagloul scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marwan Metwaly, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 minutes, Zidan Sameh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the StalkerS and the Zoro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, StalkerS's Zidan Sameh got a free kick in the 18th minute. 24 minutes into the match, StalkerS's goal looked a bit too open when Deyab Maged came free, but Marwan Metwaly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Zoro FC's zone, Taimour Aebeed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdel Masoud Lateef came out of the goal and Taimour Aebeed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taimour Aebeed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Masoud Lateef having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Fareed Mubarak took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Abdel Masoud Lateef to make any attempt to save it. Marwan Metwaly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deyab Maged in the 44th minute of play. Fareed Mubarak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marwan Metwaly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziyad Tawfeek in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Deyab Maged stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taimour Aebeed in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdel Masoud Lateef prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Islam Hatem hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Abdel Masoud Lateef made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taimour Aebeed in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, StalkerS's Fareed Mubarak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdel Masoud Lateef made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Fareed Mubarak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
