The Samnud fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Samnud's Fathy Serag looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Khalil Saleh's late challenge caught a Samnud's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Khalil Saleh helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Khalil Saleh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Samnud's Osama Serag tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Samnud's Fathy Serag got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fathy Serag kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ahlawy's Kareem Sameeh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osama Serag in the 37th minute of play. Osama Serag kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Ahlawy's goal looked a bit too open when Osama Serag came free, but Kareem Sameeh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Samnud's Fathy Serag nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kareem Sameeh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Fathy Serag made the kick off in the second half. Kareem Sameeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osama Serag in the 51st minute of play. Kareem Sameeh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fathy Serag in the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fathy Serag in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kareem Sameeh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rasheed Abu Al Dahab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kareem Sameeh didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Samnud's Osama Serag shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. 62 minutes into the game, Monzer Osama was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ahlawy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samnud the free kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Ahlawy's goalkeeper Kareem Sameeh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osama Serag. Fathy Serag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kareem Sameeh having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Osama Serag's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kareem Sameeh was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After having played for 85 minutes, Monzer Osama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ahlawy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monzer Osama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fathy Serag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kareem Sameeh having to interfere. Salem Othman charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salem Othman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Salem Othman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osama Serag struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Kareem Sameeh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samnud. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Fathy Serag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samnud's supporters rose to their feet, but Fathy Serag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kareem Sameeh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ahlawy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Samnud were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
