Ezz Khalil kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Adel Abu Al Dahab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shaker Hamdy in the 6th minute of play. Adel Abu Al Dahab made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ezz Khalil in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Atf's zone, Gaafar Nayef stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adel Abu Al Dahab came out of the goal and Gaafar Nayef tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ezz Khalil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Adel Abu Al Dahab made a huge save. If Shaker Hamdy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adel Abu Al Dahab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaker Hamdy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes Zamalek SC got a freekick which was hit by Shaker Hamdy. Adel Abu Al Dahab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaafar Nayef, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shaker Hamdy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atf's supporters rose to their feet, but Mubarak Mubarak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alaa Yasser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ghali Kordy hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Atf's goal looked a bit too open when Shaker Hamdy came free, but Adel Abu Al Dahab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarek Burhan in the 43rd minute of play forced Atf's goalkeeper Adel Abu Al Dahab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adel Abu Al Dahab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ezz Khalil went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shaker Hamdy was the one to do the kick off. Atf's Adel Abu Al Dahab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaker Hamdy in the 73rd minute of play. Mubarak Mubarak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alaa Yasser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adel Abu Al Dahab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shaker Hamdy went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Alaa Yasser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mubarak Mubarak, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Zamalek SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Atf for a fine match.
