Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fareed Basyouny kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Zamaleks.c's Ismail Mohammed got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Aaser Fahmy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fareed Basyouny, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Galal Nizar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. 14 minutes into the match, Zamaleks.c's goalkeeper Refaat Yasser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Galal Nizar. Aaser Fahmy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fareed Basyouny in the 15th minute of the match. Aaser Fahmy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismail Mohammed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galal Nizars short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Refaat Yasser to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Qalaha's Galal Nizar came free and shot a quick shot against goal 22 minutes in the game, fortunately Refaat Yasser had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Aebeed Fahed kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Aaser Fahmy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fareed Basyouny in the 26th minute of play. Aaser Fahmy came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Zamaleks.c's Serag Yassine. But to his dismay, Serag Yassine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 33rd minute Ismail Mohammed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaser Fahmy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Refaat Yasser made an important save on a dangerous shot by Galal Nizar in the 37th minute. Aaser Fahmy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serag Yassine, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Qalaha's Aaser Fahmy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emad Aemara in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Zamaleks.c booed when Qalaha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aebeed Fahed didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Galal Nizar might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Refaat Yasser. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Galal Nizar ran back to his position shaking his head. Refaat Yasser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galal Nizar in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute Nasir Waheed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Refaat Yasser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes, Emad Aemara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zamaleks.c and the Qalaha players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Emad Aemara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Qalaha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Emad Aemara scored to the left of an out of position Aaser Fahmy, making the score, 1-2. After some careless play in the Qalaha defense, Ismail Mohammed kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaser Fahmy. The Qalaha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaser Fahmy should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute Nasir Waheed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Refaat Yasser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Refaat Yasser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galal Nizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emad Aemara hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. During the 86th minute of the match Emad Aemara completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Emad Aemara a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Emad Aemara hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Galal Nizar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Qalaha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. If Galal Nizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fareed Basyouny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Aaser Fahmy made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
