Spectators: 7950 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 150) After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Shawky Mourad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veni Vidi Vici's supporters rose to their feet, but Shawky Mourad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Taimour Deyaa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes in the game Mido Kamel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ziyad Fikry. Taimour Deyaa came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Veni Vidi Vici's Shawky Mourad. But to his dismay, Shawky Mourad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 18th minute Shawky Mourad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taimour Deyaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Al Araby FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mahgoub El-Yamani was slow to take the kick. During this time Veni Vidi Vici's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Al Araby FC's goalie and right to Seif Magdy. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Al Araby FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Walid Gomaa came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Veni Vidi Vici fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walid Gomaa couldn't finish the play. Taimour Deyaa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hashem El-Domani went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Veni Vidi Vici's Ayoub Kamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabie Mubarak in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Al Araby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shawky Mourad came free, but Taimour Deyaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Al Araby FC's Taimour Deyaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shawky Mourad in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Al Araby FC booed when Veni Vidi Vici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohanad Thabit didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Walid Gomaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taimour Deyaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shawky Mourad in the 40th minute of play. Mido Moheb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veni Vidi Vici's Ayoub Kamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabie Mubarak in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Al Araby FC booed when Veni Vidi Vici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Essam Darweesh didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walid Gomaa in the 47th minute of play forced Al Araby FC's goalkeeper Taimour Deyaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Veni Vidi Vici were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walid Gomaa to make the kick off. Walid Gomaa took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Taimour Deyaa. Taimour Deyaa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of Veni Vidi Vici booed when Al Araby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mido Kamel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Al Araby FC made a substitution. Salem Nayef replaced Mortada Safwat. In the 69th match minute, Al Araby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mido Kamel to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Shawky Mourad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Taimour Deyaa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Essam Darweesh hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of Veni Vidi Vici booed when Al Araby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazhar Bahaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Al Araby FC's Mazhar Bahaa got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ziyad Ali made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Veni Vidi Vici's Mohanad Thabit. In the 88th minute of the match, Shawky Mourad got a very nice opportunity to score, but Taimour Deyaa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Veni Vidi Vici's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
