After the first half Elite Team were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Juan Ibar made the kick off in the second half. Cheb Saïd-Guerni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Ibar in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taimour Deyaa saved Al Araby FC from getting behind. Taimour Deyaa made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Juan Ibar sent off a good shot on target. Taimour Deyaa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moheb Hamza in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Diego Cabrera took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Taimour Deyaa to make any attempt to save it. Rabie Mubarak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 武青霖 having to interfere. Mohanad Raouf kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Elite Team eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
