The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Walid Gomaa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdel Hameed Mahgoub. Walid Gomaa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Kingdom of Kush's Abdel Hameed Mahgoub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Kingdom of Kush from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute Walid Gomaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdel Hameed Mahgoub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walid Gomaa in the 13th minute of play forced Kingdom of Kush's goalkeeper Abdel Hameed Mahgoub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shawky Mourad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Abdel Hameed Mahgoub made a huge save. Hamza Batran charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamza Batran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Hamza Batran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes, Shawky Mourad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veni Vidi Vici and the Kingdom of Kush players grew even worse after the yellow card. Shawky Mourad kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Aemara Belal took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ayoub Kamel. Ayoub Kamel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Shawky Mourad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdel Hameed Mahgoub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kingdom of Kush's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mahgoub El-Yamani was slow to take the kick. During this time Veni Vidi Vici's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Veni Vidi Vici's corner Mahgoub El-Yamani fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abdel Hameed Mahgoub quite easily take care of the ball. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Veni Vidi Vici's Shawky Mourad. But to his dismay, Shawky Mourad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walid Gomaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 played minutes Kingdom of Kush got a freekick which was hit by Hashem Bahaa. Kingdom of Kush's Abdel Hameed Mahgoub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Kingdom of Kush from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Kingdom of Kush getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Hamza Batran hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Shawky Mourad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veni Vidi Vici's supporters rose to their feet, but Shawky Mourad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shawky Mourad got free with Abdel Hameed Mahgoub in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Veni Vidi Vici's Hashem El-Domani got a free kick in the 47th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aemara Belal in the 48th minute of play forced Veni Vidi Vici's goalkeeper Ayoub Kamel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aemara Belal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fikry Raslan got a throw-in 57 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aemara Belal. The supporters of Veni Vidi Vici booed when Kingdom of Kush was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahmoud Saeed didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fikry Raslan's late challenge caught a Veni Vidi Vici's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fikry Raslan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kingdom of Kush's Fikry Raslan got a free kick in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kingdom of Kush's zone, Mahgoub El-Yamani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub came out of the goal and Mahgoub El-Yamani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walid Gomaa in the 64th minute of play forced Kingdom of Kush's goalkeeper Abdel Hameed Mahgoub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Gamal Amr in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kingdom of Kush's Fikry Raslan. Hamza Batran kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, Veni Vidi Vici's Shawky Mourad made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub was left in no man's land by his defense there! Walid Gomaa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Shawky Mourad made a precise shot to the right of Abdel Hameed Mahgoub. Kingdom of Kush's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. After 86 minutes of play, Veni Vidi Vici's Shawky Mourad made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute Shawky Mourad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdel Hameed Mahgoub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdel Hameed Mahgoub came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Veni Vidi Vici's Walid Gomaa. But to his dismay, Walid Gomaa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. There was no doubt that Veni Vidi Vici were the better team. Veni Vidi Vici's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
