When Margus Vaide came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Kanissaare SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Margus Vaide couldn't finish the play. Alvar Au charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Vello Aas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Tom Volmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Kanissaare SK were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 59 minutes of play, Kanissaare SK's Margus Vaide made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vello Aas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vello Aas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Volmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Tom Volmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vello Aas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Margus Vaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kanissaare SK's Georg Lipso in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lehola JK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lehola JK's goalkeeper Vello Aas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Margus Vaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Lehola JK's Vello Aas got control of the ball when Margus Vaide tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Lehola JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kanissaare SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
