In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ponni FS's goalkeeper Toomas Vask, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ago Oks put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Toomas Vask. Toomas Vask showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ago Oks in the 11th minute of the match. If Elari Lepassaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th match minute, Veskitaguze FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ago Oks to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ago Oks's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toomas Vask was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Toomas Vask showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Krae, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Veskitaguze FC's Ago Oks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toomas Vask made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ponni FS's Toomas Vask played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ago Oks in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Veskitaguze FC's Maarek Mari got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Ponni FS got a corner. Veskitaguze FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benno Mänd ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmund Krae during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rainer Velt was the one to do the kick off. Ponni FS's Mark Laht got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute Rauno Pervik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toomas Vask saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veskitaguze FC's Edmund Krae got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Edmund Krae off the ground. Veskitaguze FC's Elari Lepassaar got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Ponni FS's Toomas Vask got control of the ball when Ago Oks tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ago Oks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Toomas Vask made a huge save. Ponni FS's Rainer Velt got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carmine Bosco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ponni FS's zone, Ago Oks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toomas Vask came out of the goal and Ago Oks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, Ago Oks notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Ponni FS's Toomas Vask. Toomas Vask was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ago Oks got free with Toomas Vask in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute of the match, Ago Oks got a very nice opportunity to score, but Toomas Vask was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Elari Lepassaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toomas Vask having to interfere. Ago Oks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Toomas Vask when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ago Oks did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Toomas Vask 86 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Ago Oks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toomas Vask showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ago Oks in the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ponni FS's Mihkel Veiderma got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
