But to his dismay, Illimar Tähismaa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aabel Raidma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Illimar Tähismaa's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. If Lennart Toom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarge's goalkeeper Aabel Raidma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Illimar Tähismaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Blues's Robert Juura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save The Blues from getting a goal against them. The Blues were furious when Ivo Örn was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in The Blues fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, Sarge's Marek Kärson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Robert Juura. Aabel Raidma came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by The Blues's Jaanus Nahkur. But to his dismay, Jaanus Nahkur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Sarge's zone, Illimar Tähismaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aabel Raidma came out of the goal and Illimar Tähismaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Uuno Niitsoo came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Sarge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uuno Niitsoo couldn't finish the play. After 47 played minutes The Blues got a freekick which was hit by Lennart Toom. When Marek Kärson came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Sarge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Kärson couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arto Lange to strike the kick off in the second half. Illimar Tähismaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Aabel Raidma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Virgo Nuiamäe managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Blues's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgo Nuiamäe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aabel Raidma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Illimar Tähismaa came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the The Blues fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Illimar Tähismaa couldn't finish the play. The Blues's Robert Juura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Vananurm in the 67th minute of play. Robert Juura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uuno Niitsoo in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Uuno Niitsoo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Juura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, The Blues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgo Nuiamäe to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Norman Kaare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Juura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arto Lange in the 79th minute of play forced The Blues's goalkeeper Robert Juura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgo Nuiamäe kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Aabel Raidma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Illimar Tähismaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Illimar Tähismaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Blues's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
