Koriska FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arto Uss was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivar Raudsoo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the game, Rait Oja recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivar Raudsoo. Rait Oja showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ivar Raudsoo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rait Oja, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arto Uss got free with Ivar Raudsoo in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rait Oja in the 27th minute of play forced AC MILAN's goalkeeper Ivar Raudsoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arto Uss couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Lembitu Põlluste made the kick off in the second half. If Enno Lipmeister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Volli Lilleväli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute Rait Oja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Raudsoo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC MILAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arto Uss was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.
