FS Kiisamaa's Olaf Niidumaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdur Täppe in the 6th minute of play. In the 12thth minute of the game Endel Laving who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pakhtpya's Jakob Lips was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Harald Tohter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pakhtpya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FS Kiisamaa the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pakhtpya's Harald Tohter got a free kick in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the game, FS Kiisamaa's Herbert Einla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakob Lips made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of FS Kiisamaa booed when Pakhtpya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermo Paat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Einla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Endel Laving came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the FS Kiisamaa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Endel Laving couldn't finish the play. Lennart Pregel charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lennart Pregel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Lennart Pregel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jakob Annama's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olaf Niidumaa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Herbert Einla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Lips having to interfere. Jakob Annama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half FS Kiisamaa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Valdur Täppe made the kick off in the second half. FS Kiisamaa's Herbert Einla got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Herbert Einla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FS Kiisamaa's Endel Laving got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ragnar Hani's late challenge caught a FS Kiisamaa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ragnar Hani helped the player get up and apologised. Ragnar Hani hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Jakob Lips successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herbert Einla got free with Jakob Lips in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olaf Niidumaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Annama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute of the match, Endel Laving tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jakob Lips saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Herbert Einla in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jakob Lips, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Endel Laving received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jakob Lips tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FS Kiisamaa's Lennart Pregel got a free kick in the 90th minute. Endel Laving fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Lips having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded FS Kiisamaa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pakhtpya.
