After having played for 15 minutes, Neeme Liit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luulupe FS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Neeme Liit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Mattias Kuuskmäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Varju saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Endel Linnus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Name's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luulupe FS the free kick. A collision led to Team Name getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Endel Linnus hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Kuuskmäe in the 22nd minute of play forced Team Name's goalkeeper Alvar Varju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Name's goalkeeper Alvar Varju, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mattias Kuuskmäe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes, Mattias Kuuskmäe made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Team Name's Alvar Varju tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute of the match, Kaijo Trolla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ailar Hõbe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alvar Varju stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mattias Kuuskmäe's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Neeme Liit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alvar Varju tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luulupe FS's Mattias Kuuskmäe in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Team Name's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Luulupe FS's goal looked a bit too open when Aadu Ilus came free, but Ailar Hõbe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luulupe FS's Ailar Hõbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aadu Ilus in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aadu Ilus was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Kuuskmäe got free with Alvar Varju in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Luulupe FS defense, Eino Kurt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ailar Hõbe. The Luulupe FS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ailar Hõbe should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattias Kuuskmäe in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Varju saved Team Name from getting behind. The supporters of Luulupe FS booed when Team Name was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urmas Kaldur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ailar Hõbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aadu Ilus, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Luulupe FS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Otto Odar in the 76th minute. A nice corner shot did that Otto Odar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alvar Varju quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Name's goalkeeper Alvar Varju, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But to his dismay, Mattias Kuuskmäe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After having played for 94 minutes, Aadu Ilus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Luulupe FS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
