Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kert Tähismaa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 10 played minutes FC LIVIKO got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Neemoja. In the 11th minute of the match, Heiko Koba tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juhan Taaler saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jan Paukson struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Oodo Orumets didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC LIVIKO. The supporters of FC LIVIKO booed when FC Kunnapohja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helmut Loorits didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, FC Kunnapohja's goal looked a bit too open when Kert Tähismaa came free, but Oodo Orumets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jüri Aalto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Juhan Taaler made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Elar Luts kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juhan Taaler. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jüri Aalto in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juhan Taaler saved FC LIVIKO from getting behind. Kert Tähismaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jüri Aalto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juhan Taaler having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kunnapohja's zone, Jan Paukson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oodo Orumets came out of the goal and Jan Paukson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kert Tähismaa took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oodo Orumets. Oodo Orumets dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 71 played minutes, FC Kunnapohja's Mihkel Kannisto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juhan Taaler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Kunnapohja reached it. Joe Taigur kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Kert Tähismaa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrus Tilk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oodo Orumets having to interfere. Kert Tähismaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Oodo Orumets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, FC Kunnapohja's Jüri Aalto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juhan Taaler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. FC LIVIKO's Juhan Taaler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jüri Aalto in the 95th minute of play. The FC LIVIKO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
