After a rather tough play, FC Linnamäe's Rauno Annion got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 4 played minutes, CF Laht's Harri Umal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julius Niidumaa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CF Laht reached it. The supporters of CF Laht booed when FC Linnamäe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villu Heinola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allar Juss charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allar Juss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CF Laht getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Allar Juss hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes FC Linnamäe got a freekick which was hit by Jaak Tenno. Julius Niidumaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meelis Karbo in the 19th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Simo Roolaht had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Niidumaa. FC Linnamäe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simo Roolaht was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Roomet Luige received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Agu Raja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Roomet Luige shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agu Raja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Linnamäe booed when CF Laht was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simo Halliste didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Linnamäe's Julius Niidumaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simo Roolaht in the 35th minute of play. If Roomet Luige had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agu Raja was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roomet Luige showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 38 minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Ess's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julius Niidumaa firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 65 minutes, Simo Roolaht mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CF Laht and the FC Linnamäe players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Linnamäe booed when CF Laht was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simo Roolaht didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agu Raja stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roomet Luige's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, FC Linnamäe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvo Valgupera to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd match minute, CF Laht was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meelis Karbo to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, FC Linnamäe's Rauno Annion broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Roomet Luige received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. After some careless play in the CF Laht defense, Roomet Luige kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agu Raja. The CF Laht fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agu Raja should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CF Laht eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
