If Siim Normak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aivar Heido took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Väino Alango. Tõnis Jõgis was slow to take the kick. During this time PP Deliirium's players had a chance to rest. In the 49th minute PP Deliirium were awarded a corner. Tõnis Jõgis went to the cornerflag to take it. PP Deliirium were awarded a corner in the 51th minute after Rida FS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tõnis Jõgis took the corner. Villem Taigur was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Asko Õnnepalu to make the kick off. Rida FS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
