Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Podmotsa's Eero Veetamm started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Edvard Reiljan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vallo Taaler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, Podmotsa's Robert Aabloo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Guerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13th minute, Eero Veetamm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Podmotsa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Erki Lesta made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Väimela's Paul Toomes. Väimela made a substitution. Kuno Varju replaced Edvard Reiljan. Kaspar Naarits hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Kuno Varju's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vallo Taaler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kuno Varju made a kick off. Podmotsa's Ander Haugas got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Kuno Varju notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Podmotsa's Vallo Taaler. Vallo Taaler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Ilus in the 57th minute of play forced Podmotsa's goalkeeper Vallo Taaler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eero Veetamm in the 59th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Podmotsa's Väino Kohv made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Guerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Väimela's Osvald Olt was substituted for Eiko Kalde. After a rather tough play, Väimela's Kalle Luks got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When the match was over Podmotsa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Väimela throughout the match.
