Roland Mees showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaagup Äss in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Elupõletajate Vutikoondis's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Rohtmäe came free, but Roland Mees reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panait Marica got free with Horace Mason in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st match minute, Elupõletajate Vutikoondis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tambet Indus to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Rohtmäe in the 24th minute of play forced Elupõletajate Vutikoondis's goalkeeper Roland Mees to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panait Marica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Panait Marica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Margus Alviste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Mees saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Margus Alviste had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Mees. Elupõletajate Vutikoondis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Margus Alviste was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Elupõletajate Vutikoondis's Roland Mees played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Margus Alviste in the 42nd minute of play. Horace Mason showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panait Marica in the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Elupõletajate Vutikoondis's zone, Lennart Rohtmäe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Mees came out of the goal and Lennart Rohtmäe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viljar Vaiknemets to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Heiki Nõmmsalu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Panait Marica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horace Mason was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. FC Raudalu Piraaja's Baldomero Ruiz was substituted for Gerd Kaber. Roland Mees showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viljar Vaiknemets, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Margus Alviste cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Roland Mees was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elupõletajate Vutikoondis's Roland Mees played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Adamson in the 75th minute of play. Roland Mees took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Vari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Margus Alviste showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, FC Raudalu Piraaja's Baldomero Ruiz got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Oskar Pauk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Horace Mason showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Malcolm Adamson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roland Mees. Malcolm Adamson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. The Elupõletajate Vutikoondis fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Raudalu Piraaja were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
