Aruküla JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Indrek Täppe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdo Traat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Indrek Täppe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Helger Nuiamäe came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the JK Varesmae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helger Nuiamäe couldn't finish the play. August Vinter helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Aruküla JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Vinter to maneuver through the defense. Ergo Post, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Indrek Täppe in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdo Traat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tambet Karm's late challenge caught a Aruküla JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tambet Karm helped the player get up and apologised. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 58th minute, August Vinter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valdo Traat didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Aruküla JK's Uudo Jaanovits shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Uudo Jaanovits managed to get in a good position for a shot.
