Kunnar Univer came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mairo Asso could save by the left post. Richard Öpik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Mairo Asso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hurjaste's Kunnar Univer got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Richard Öpik came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Hurjaste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Öpik couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Richard Öpik during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Kunnar Univer notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Põhja-Sakala's Mairo Asso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Öpik in the 94th minute of play forced Põhja-Sakala's goalkeeper Mairo Asso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Põhja-Sakala booed when Hurjaste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaus Raag didn't get a good kick on the ball.
