Spectators: 5990 (Terracing: 4200, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Laur Hindpere started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lembitu Aar in the 5th minute of play forced Fc Ahja's goalkeeper Vahur Niitsoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fc Ahja's Peep Kluge got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Pirita RJK's Tiit Kaart got a free kick in the 8th minute. Vahur Niitsoo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aapo Ainola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc Ahja's Peep Püss slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sten Raudsoo. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laur Hindpere got free with Sten Raudsoo in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th match minute, Pirita RJK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tambet Kutsar to maneuver through the defense. Peep Püss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vahur Niitsoo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmu Kivaste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peep Püss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sten Raudsoo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laur Hindpere who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Sten Raudsoo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Peep Püss struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Sten Raudsoo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Ahja. Pirita RJK's Sten Raudsoo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Pirita RJK from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Peep Püss managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Ahja's supporters rose to their feet, but Peep Püss was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sten Raudsoo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th match minute, Fc Ahja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argo Aasa to maneuver through the defense. Fc Ahja's Vahur Niitsoo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lembitu Aar in the 38th minute of play. Vahur Niitsoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Veispak in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Fc Ahja's goal looked a bit too open when Lembitu Aar came free, but Vahur Niitsoo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahur Niitsoo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmu Kivaste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lembitu Aar to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Laur Hindpere's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sten Raudsoo was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Peep Püss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 played minutes Pirita RJK got a freekick which was hit by Elmu Kivaste. 61 minutes into the game, Fc Ahja's Laur Hindpere nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sten Raudsoo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Vahur Niitsoo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elmu Kivaste in the 64th minute. Elmu Kivaste received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vahur Niitsoo came out and tried to block the shot, but Elmu Kivaste slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Pirita RJK defense, Peep Püss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sten Raudsoo. The Pirita RJK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sten Raudsoo should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Pirita RJK's goal looked a bit too open when Laur Hindpere came free, but Sten Raudsoo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peep Püss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laur Hindpere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Raudsoo having to interfere. Laur Hindpere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Peep Püss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Ahja's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
