Tagaranna FC's Martin Kalle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Jõgi in the 3rd minute of play. Udo Kasepalu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eldur Lumiste in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Inter Turku FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Uuno Nurme hit a great ball. Jann Alusalu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Inter Turku FC's Udo Kasepalu got control of the ball when Eikki Lumiste tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Inter Turku FC booed when Tagaranna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Astuja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihkel Ruus took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martin Kalle. Tagaranna FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Udo Kasepalu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eldur Lumiste in the 24th minute of play. Enno Annus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Martin Kalle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Tagaranna FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Jõgi came free, but Martin Kalle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eikki Lumiste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eldur Lumiste struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Udo Kasepalu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tagaranna FC. Eldur Lumiste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Udo Kasepalu having to make a save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eldur Lumiste was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enno Annus in the 55th minute of play forced Tagaranna FC's goalkeeper Martin Kalle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tagaranna FC's zone, Enno Annus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Kalle came out of the goal and Enno Annus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tom Jõgi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Kalle came out and tried to block the shot, but Tom Jõgi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 58th minute. 61 minutes in the game, Tom Jõgi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Martin Kalle having to interfere. Tom Jõgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Martin Kalle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eikki Lumiste scored 1-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Udo Kasepalu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eikki Lumiste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Udo Kasepalu having to interfere. If Eldur Lumiste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tagaranna FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
