Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andris Aasa made the kick off which started today's match. Joosep Üürike came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Ateniidi's Osvald Onnu. But to his dismay, Osvald Onnu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Andris Aasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Arni Paabo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 minutes, Mehis Ande mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ateniidi and the FC Ilmatsalu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehis Ande kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Andris Aasa took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arni Paabo. Arni Paabo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Härmo Maripuu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benno Laada in the 38th minute of play forced FC Ilmatsalu's goalkeeper Joosep Üürike to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th match minute, FC Ilmatsalu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauri Au to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After having played for 53 minutes, Mati Karuse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ateniidi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mati Karuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andris Aasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvald Onnu's late challenge caught a FC Ilmatsalu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osvald Onnu helped the player get up and apologised. Andris Aasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, FC Ilmatsalu's Lauri Au got a free kick in the 68th minute. Osvald Onnu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ateniidi's Arni Paabo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Ateniidi from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the match, FC Ilmatsalu's Andris Aasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arni Paabo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Ilmatsalu's Joosep Üürike played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mati Karuse in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Ilmatsalu's Ivari Urbalu got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 92 played minutes FC Ilmatsalu got a freekick which was hit by Dave Teti. In the 96th match minute, Ateniidi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helger Talts to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the match, Ateniidi's goalkeeper Arni Paabo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andris Aasa. FC Ilmatsalu were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
