Kalju Joller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ernst Mahlamaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Ilmar Silm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Rebane's Ernst Mahlamaa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ernst Mahlamaa let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 21st minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post. If Henri Lessel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arto Saue in the 29th minute of play forced FC Rebane's goalkeeper Roomet Rahu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Ernst Mahlamaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalju Joller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Ilmar Silm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roygu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Rebane the free kick. After 32 played minutes Roygu got a freekick which was hit by Ilmar Silm. Ernst Mahlamaa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Kalju Joller skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kalju Joller made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Ernst Mahlamaa sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the match, FC Rebane's goal looked a bit too open when Oodo Kloren came free, but Roomet Rahu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalju Joller stood somewhat misplaced when Ernst Mahlamaa came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernst Mahlamaa to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ernst Mahlamaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When FC Rebane's Ernst Mahlamaa in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Roygu's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Roygu defense, Ernst Mahlamaa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kalju Joller. The Roygu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kalju Joller should have stopped the shot. Ernst Mahlamaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalju Joller having to interfere. Neeme Naba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kalju Joller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72nd play minutes Ernst Mahlamaa shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Kalju Joller and just under the crossbar into goal. 79 minutes into the game, Olari Alekõrs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roygu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Rebane the free kick. After having played for 84 minutes, Ernst Mahlamaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Rebane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Mahlamaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kalju Joller stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Mahlamaa's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Anselmo Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Roygu's Kiur Laanjärv broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Olari Alekõrs took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roomet Rahu. Roomet Rahu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernst Mahlamaa in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalju Joller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Neeme Naba hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. FC Rebane's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
