Leif Sandell came out of the goal and Maarek Ülenõmm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Kusjuk's Leif Sandell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laur Palts in the 12th minute of play. Ronald Lahe hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Vambola Jänes hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Karmo Arujärv charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karmo Arujärv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Kusjuk getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. FC Kusjuk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laur Palts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Detlef Holtum could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Emil Nõmmik made a huge save. Leif Sandell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maarek Ülenõmm in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of FC Hackers booed when FC Kusjuk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Priidik Rammo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leif Sandell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laur Palts in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Kevin Bonzom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kevin Bonzom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emil Nõmmik came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Bonzom slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Maarek Ülenõmm kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leif Sandell. That made the score 2-3 in the 67 minute of play. With a little luck, FC Kusjuk's Leif Sandell got control of the ball when Laur Palts tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 83 played minutes FC Kusjuk got a freekick which was hit by Aare Keskküla.
