The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aivo Oks charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aivo Oks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aivo Oks hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Andre Noormägi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Minca having to interfere. Jousa SK's Ainar Hiir got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ainar Hiir was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 29th minute. Jousa SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alvar Eluvee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernhard Mahlaoks kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. During the 45th minute of the match Aivo Oks completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aivo Oks a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 48th minute of the match Tom Niitsoo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Minca skillfully saved the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arvo Vana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jousa SK's Adrian Minca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Jousa SK from getting a goal against them. Adrian Minca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Noormägi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Alvar Eluvee could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Adrian Minca however easily saved by the left post. Jousa SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 68 played minutes Jousa SK got a freekick which was hit by Ainar Hiir. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ainar Hiir during the 71st minute. After 84 played minutes, FC Gentleman's Paul Kärson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adrian Minca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Gentleman reached it. In the 88th match minute, FC Gentleman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Niitsoo to maneuver through the defense. A hard, long distance shot from Arvo Vana flew over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
