Fausto Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ervin Koppel made a huge save. 25 minutes into the game, Ivo Nukki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ülivinge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Raixxx the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Ülivinge's Ivo Nukki got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ülivinge's zone, Jaanek Luite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ervin Koppel came out of the goal and Jaanek Luite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, FC Raixxx's Jaanek Luite dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 42nd minute, Taavet Nurk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaanek Luite was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 44th minute Jaanek Luite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ervin Koppel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Raixxx booed when FC Ülivinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mart Lehtmäe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andri Haab to strike the kick off in the second half. Gunnar Vasser's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The tension between the FC Ülivinge and the FC Raixxx players grew even worse after the yellow card.
