Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kuiwast FC's Ott Äss started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Saala getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Oodo Õismaa hit a great ball. Juhan Saareoja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aimar Rannus, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Meelis Allikvee scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvar Joon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juhan Saareoja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerdo Roosipuu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Saala's goal looked a bit too open when Ott Äss came free, but Juhan Saareoja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Joon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oodo Õismaa's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Meelis Allikvee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvar Joon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 31 minutes of play, Saala's Meelis Allikvee made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvar Joon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the match, Oodo Õismaa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alvar Joon, 4-0. Toomas Mees kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Meelis Allikvee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Alvar Joon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvar Joon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oodo Õismaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Meelis Allikvee might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvar Joon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Meelis Allikvee ran back to his position shaking his head. Meelis Allikvee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Meelis Allikvee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saala's supporters rose to their feet, but Meelis Allikvee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvar Joon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th match minute, Kuiwast FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ott Äss to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes, Saala's Lennart Vilberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alvar Joon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saala reached it. Oodo Õismaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Joon having to interfere. When Meelis Allikvee came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Saala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Meelis Allikvee couldn't finish the play. Meelis Allikvee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Alvar Joon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kuiwast FC's zone, Meelis Allikvee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvar Joon came out of the goal and Meelis Allikvee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kuiwast FC's Alvar Joon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meelis Allikvee in the 94th minute of play. Samuel Ariva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Joon having to interfere.
