The audience thought a goal was coming when Eimar Arak got free with Jass Härma in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jass Härma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eimar Arak in the 33rd minute of play. Maarek Taimre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jass Härma made a huge save. Adavere JK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Eimar Arak scored to the left of an out of position Jass Härma, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eimar Arak in the 43rd minute of play forced Adavere JK's goalkeeper Jass Härma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 played minutes SK Arakumyäe got a freekick which was hit by Erling Godholm. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eimar Arak to make the kick off.
