Aksel Lillepuu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Jüriöö read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. The throw-in from Heiki Müürsepp in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Oraste's Otto Lekk. Roland Jüriöö made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aksel Lillepuu in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Karja SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aksel Lillepuu came free, but Roland Jüriöö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Reino Laving's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Jüriöö was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Oraste were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Karja SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Otto Lekk took the corner. Oraste's Otto Lekk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Roland Jüriöö in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 21 played minutes Karja SK got a freekick which was hit by Väino Kallis. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aksel Lillepuu in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Jüriöö prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Karja SK booed when Oraste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Lekk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Endel Aesma had great luck who in the 27thth minute grab hold of the ball when Silver Odar from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 33 minutes in the game Aabel Vaikma did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mattias Vahi. In the 36th minute, Aksel Lillepuu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oraste fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 40 minutes into the match, Oraste's goal looked a bit too open when Egert Sõõr came free, but Endel Aesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Endel Aesma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egert Sõõr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Karja SK defense, Aksel Lillepuu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Jüriöö. The Karja SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Jüriöö should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aksel Lillepuu made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Aksel Lillepuu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roland Jüriöö, 0-3. Aksel Lillepuu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Jüriöö having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Oraste's Roland Jüriöö threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Reino Laving, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 58 minutes into the match, Egert Sõõr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Endel Aesma. Oraste's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egert Sõõr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Ants Raidla hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Karja SK's Joe Lausmäe was substituted for Heiki Müürsepp. A collision led to Oraste getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Konrad Ärm hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Egert Sõõr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endel Aesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oraste's Endel Aesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Vahi in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Väino Kallis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endel Aesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Konrad Ärm fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oraste's protests and gave Konrad Ärm a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oraste getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Konrad Ärm hit a great ball. Aksel Lillepuu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Jüriöö took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reino Laving, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aksel Lillepuu in the 86th minute of play forced Karja SK's goalkeeper Roland Jüriöö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aksel Lillepuu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Jüriöö having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Karja SK's goalkeeper Roland Jüriöö had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meelis Nugis. 93 minutes into the match, Oraste's goal looked a bit too open when Egert Sõõr came free, but Endel Aesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aksel Lillepuu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Jüriöö made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Meelis Nugis sent off a good shot on target. The Oraste players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
