Ainar Ruut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aksel Sõnajalg hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Tauno Veevo hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Evert Saamatu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ainar Ruut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Vambola Unt made the kick off in the second half. Bernhard Kuuskmäe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gunnar Lepist went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Tauno Veevo was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 62nd match minute, FC Ryzer Quill was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tauno Veevo to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Kahu FC's Aigar Vulla tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Alvar Ess reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ainar Ruut. The goal made the score 1-3. After having played for 83 minutes, Alvar Ess managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kahu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvar Ess was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Markus Hiiob during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
