After a rather tough play, Hobesalu's Tarmo Uusen got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Oskar Mahlapuu made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Evert Saamatu sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Hobesalu's Oskar Mahlapuu got control of the ball when Evert Saamatu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Alvar Ess fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kahu FC's protests and gave Alvar Ess a yellow card for diving instead. Alvar Ess kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarmo Uusen in the 15th minute of play forced Kahu FC's goalkeeper Bernhard Kuuskmäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaupo Kravik kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Kahu FC's Bernhard Kuuskmäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarmo Uusen in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Tarmo Uusen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernhard Kuuskmäe. Kahu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tarmo Uusen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th minute Enar Roovik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernhard Kuuskmäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Aksel Sõnajalg fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kahu FC's protests and gave Aksel Sõnajalg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Kahu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aksel Sõnajalg to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Enar Roovik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernhard Kuuskmäe. A collision led to Kahu FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Aksel Sõnajalg hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes, Hobesalu's Gerd Äkke shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernhard Kuuskmäe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hobesalu reached it. Enar Roovik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernhard Kuuskmäe having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Lauri Kanne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hobesalu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauri Kanne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Enar Roovik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernhard Kuuskmäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 56 minutes into the match, Hobesalu's Enar Roovik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernhard Kuuskmäe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enar Roovik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarmo Uusen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes, Kaupo Kravik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kahu FC and the Hobesalu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Alvar Ess hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enar Roovik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Bernhard Kuuskmäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hobesalu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
