The audience was convinced that Endel Oksmaa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karmo Mustkivi was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Herbert Tuulemaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karmo Mustkivi having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Vaik kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karmo Mustkivi. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. When Aivar Lõokene fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mannikvalja's protests and gave Aivar Lõokene a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Aivar Lõokene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 34 in the game by Gabriel Vaik from a close distance when the talented Karmo Mustkivi managed to make a qualified save. Mannikvalja's players were relieved. When Kasimir Alliksaar fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Voigaste's protests and gave Kasimir Alliksaar a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Voigaste got a freekick which was hit by Kasimir Alliksaar. Kuno Mihklisaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vambola Uudevald in the 38th minute of play. Kuno Mihklisaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vambola Uudevald, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Mannikvalja's Karmo Mustkivi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Mannikvalja from getting a goal against them. Gabriel Vaik's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Karmo Mustkivi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Voigaste's zone, Volli Kadajas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kuno Mihklisaar came out of the goal and Volli Kadajas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herbert Tuulemaa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karmo Mustkivi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. If Gabriel Vaik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karmo Mustkivi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Vaik's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Voigaste's goalkeeper Kuno Mihklisaar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Volli Kadajas. Voigaste's Herbert Tuulemaa got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Voigaste's Gabriel Vaik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karmo Mustkivi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Gabriel Vaik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voigaste's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Vaik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karmo Mustkivi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gabriel Vaik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mannikvalja's zone, Rando Vananurm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karmo Mustkivi came out of the goal and Rando Vananurm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Vaik in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karmo Mustkivi saved Mannikvalja from getting behind. Voigaste's Andre Murumaa got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Rando Vananurm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Voigaste walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
