Lennart Varju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kuuno Lessel, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Kuuno Lessel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viru Veri's supporters rose to their feet, but Kuuno Lessel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Varju breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guido Alla hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Arnold Veispak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Peep Vool made a huge save. In the 24th match minute, Viru Veri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taavet Õigus to maneuver through the defense. Arnold Veispak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, Viru Veri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Raas to maneuver through the defense. Priipalu Konnad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Taavet Mikiver in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Taavet Mikiver got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peep Vool quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th minute, Arnold Veispak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Priipalu Konnad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaspar Kampus to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Viru Veri booed when Priipalu Konnad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bert Uluots didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes Viru Veri got a freekick which was hit by Avo Niilo. After having played for 65 minutes, Arnold Veispak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Priipalu Konnad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnold Veispak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Endel Valt might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lennart Varju. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Endel Valt ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the match, Viru Veri's goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Veispak came free, but Peep Vool reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Endel Valt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lennart Varju came out and tried to block the shot, but Endel Valt slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 74th minute. Peep Vool showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnold Veispak, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Kaspar Kampus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peep Vool saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bert Uluots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Peep Vool tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Priipalu Konnad booed when Viru Veri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avo Niilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Viru Veri players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Priipalu Konnad from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
