The audience thought a goal was coming when Anti Juus got free with Heiko Heinla in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tom Nõgel was the one to do the kick off. Anti Juus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kalmer Leis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Tambet Püss made a huge save. Oliver Tuulemaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Heinla having to interfere. Monster FC's Tom Nõgel got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of JK Taebla booed when Monster FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pearu Erik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heiko Heinla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Tuulemaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Kalmer Leis managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 93rd minute, Lauri Talu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 100 minutes into the game, JK Taebla's Anti Juus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Heiko Heinla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The JK Taebla supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Monster FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Monster FC.
