Bruno Varusk shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 12 minutes into the match, Lembevere FC's goalkeeper Lennart Vides had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaanus Nahasepp. Jaanus Nahasepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Vides having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Tanel Haas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shanghai Noodles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lembevere FC the free kick. When Siim Vaga fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shanghai Noodles's protests and gave Siim Vaga a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Shanghai Noodles got a freekick which was hit by Siim Vaga. Lembevere FC's Margus Vest couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Shanghai Noodles. Jaanus Nahasepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Vides having to interfere. If Jaanus Nahasepp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Vides made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Jaanus Nahasepp sent off a good shot on target. Rauno Poltimäe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Vides having to interfere. In the 28th minute Rauno Poltimäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lennart Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rauno Poltimäe in the 35th minute of the match. Shanghai Noodles's Rauno Poltimäe got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaanus Nahasepp got free with Lennart Vides in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Kuuno Härg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Lembevere FC booed when Shanghai Noodles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tanel Haas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elmo Õmblus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaanus Nahasepp in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lennart Vides prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lennart Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaanus Nahasepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Rauno Poltimäe struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Lennart Vides didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shanghai Noodles. 68 minutes into the match, Elmo Õmblus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaspar Loik. Shanghai Noodles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elmo Õmblus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 76th minute Rauno Poltimäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rauno Poltimäe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lennart Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lembevere FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Shanghai Noodles from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
