The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. SK Neme's Timo Ereb got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erni Must lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 9th match minute, SK Neme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erni Must to maneuver through the defense. Justo Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ain Kalde in the 15th minute of play. In the 21st minute Timo Ereb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Vägi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maarek Vahtra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Justo Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Kartau in the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, SK Neme's Justo Elia got control of the ball when Sven Heinola tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarek Vahtra in the 29th minute of play forced SK Neme's goalkeeper Justo Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Elia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven Heinola in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, SK Neme's goal looked a bit too open when Maarek Vahtra came free, but Justo Elia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SK Neme's Illimar Leist got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36th match minute, SK Neme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aare Kiviloo to maneuver through the defense. Marti Veedla scored 1-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justo Elia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SK Neme's Justo Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maarek Vahtra in the 45th minute of play. Timo Ereb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jan Vägi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timo Ereb to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Karoli's goalkeeper Jan Vägi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilesindo Mulas. Ailar Oksmaa hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Timo Ereb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Jan Vägi made a huge save. Timo Ereb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jan Vägi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SK Neme getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Illimar Leist hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 68th minute of the game was made by Valdo Kartau with Rudolf Post as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 70th minute, Maarek Vahtra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Elia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Timo Ereb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Vägi having to interfere. Justo Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Heinola, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. SK Neme's Justo Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maarek Vahtra in the 89th minute of play. Justo Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maarek Vahtra in the 92nd minute of the match. When Timo Ereb came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the SK Neme fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timo Ereb couldn't finish the play.
