If Elar Ohaka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute Kaur Noobel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veiko Albin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Täll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elar Ohaka in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Anijala getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Helari Vähe hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Ahja's Sander Viil got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Kaur Noobel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roomet Hurt charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roomet Hurt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roomet Hurt hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Henrik Pahasoo fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ahja's protests and gave Henrik Pahasoo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Ahja's Henrik Pahasoo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Elar Ohaka scored 1-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Täll, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of FC Ahja booed when Anijala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Lamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anijala's Veiko Albin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Anijala from getting a goal against them.

In the 53rd minute, Uku Uibo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Veiko Albin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Veiko Albin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uku Uibo in the 57th minute of play. After 65 played minutes FC Ahja got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Pahasoo. Elar Ohaka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Täll having to interfere. A collision led to FC Ahja getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Henrik Pahasoo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Uku Uibo managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ahja's supporters rose to their feet, but Uku Uibo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veiko Albin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Roomet Hurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uku Uibo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veiko Albin having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Elar Ohaka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Täll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uku Uibo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Veiko Albin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veiko Albin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaur Noobel, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Anijala succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Ahja had controlled the match.
