Kusti Toom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaur Noobel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tauri Aps having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kusti Toom during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Ahja getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kusti Toom hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Uku Uibo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tauri Aps was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Kuuskant fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Tauri Aps had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Sander Viil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 23 minutes FC Kuuskant's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sander Viil who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC Ahja's Sander Viil to fire away a dangerous shot which Tauri Aps despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Toivo Ilves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Täll having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaur Noobel in the 34th minute of play forced FC Kuuskant's goalkeeper Tauri Aps to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Kuuskant's Tauri Aps played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaur Noobel in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Kaur Noobel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tauri Aps was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the match, FC Kuuskant's goal looked a bit too open when Uku Uibo came free, but Tauri Aps reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uku Uibo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tauri Aps tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kaur Noobel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uku Uibo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Roland Täll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toivo Ilves in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to FC Ahja getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Uku Uibo hit a great ball. FC Kuuskant's Tauri Aps proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kuuskant from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Kaur Noobel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tauri Aps saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tauri Aps made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uku Uibo in the 58th minute. A collision led to FC Kuuskant getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Aabel Leht hit a great ball. FC Ahja's Roland Täll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Õnnis in the 63rd minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Henrik Pahasoo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tauri Aps was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the match, FC Kuuskant's goalkeeper Tauri Aps had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uku Uibo. Tauri Aps showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaur Noobel, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Kuuskant's Kusti Vanamurd got a free kick in the 80th minute. Uku Uibo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Toivo Ilves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 86 minutes into the match, FC Kuuskant's goalkeeper Tauri Aps had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uku Uibo. In the 94th minute, Jürgen Õnnis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded FC Ahja left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Kuuskant.
