Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Arto Õun started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kalle Karindi during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Ahja Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Karindi. The audience held their breath when Heiko Ess in the 7th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ilmar Rõõmussaar's left hand side. 8 minutes into the game, Olaf Esken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ahja Ajax's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Haine the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ahja Ajax's zone, Mairo Lätte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilmar Rõõmussaar came out of the goal and Mairo Lätte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juhan Saareoja in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilmar Rõõmussaar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kiur Paber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Einar Kukkur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arto Õun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fc Haine's Heiko Ess got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elmar Ladva charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elmar Ladva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ahja Ajax's Ilmar Rõõmussaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juhan Saareoja in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juhan Saareoja in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilmar Rõõmussaar saved Ahja Ajax from getting behind. In the 29thth minute of the game Juhan Saareoja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ahja Ajax's Ilmar Rõõmussaar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Einar Kukkur came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ahja Ajax's Kiur Paber. But to his dismay, Kiur Paber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fc Haine's Einar Kukkur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiur Paber in the 34th minute of play. Ilmar Rõõmussaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juhan Saareoja in the 36th minute of play. When Siim Raadel fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ahja Ajax's protests and gave Siim Raadel a yellow card for diving instead. Ilmar Rõõmussaar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mairo Lätte in the 40th minute. Ahja Ajax's Arto Õun got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Fc Haine got a freekick which was hit by Heiko Ess. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Juhan Saareoja made the kick off in the second half. Ilmar Rõõmussaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juhan Saareoja in the 53rd minute of the match. Ilmar Rõõmussaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juhan Saareoja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mairo Lätte might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilmar Rõõmussaar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mairo Lätte ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Ahja Ajax's zone, Juhan Saareoja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kiur Paber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Einar Kukkur made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rein Oll during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Rein Oll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ahja Ajax supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ahja Ajax would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
