When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Paul Teeäär put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elmu Taimre. With his leg Elmu Taimre managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when MR Football's Paul Teeäär fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 17th minute, Palivere United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paul Teeäär fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Elmu Taimre was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Paul Teeäär capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paul Teeäär really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Paul Teeäär's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elmu Taimre firmly grabbed it by the left post. Paul Teeäär fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elmu Taimre having to interfere. Janno Osjamets didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Avo Oidra went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 34 minutes of play, MR Football's Paul Teeäär made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elmu Taimre was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 37 minutes, Paul Teeäär managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MR Football's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paul Teeäär was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the MR Football defense, Väino Laanemaa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janno Osjamets. The MR Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janno Osjamets should have stopped the shot. Palivere United's Elmu Taimre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Palivere United from getting a goal against them. If Paul Teeäär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paul Teeäär to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Teeäär in the 54th minute of play forced Palivere United's goalkeeper Elmu Taimre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Rando Ansip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elmu Taimre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Asko Sade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MR Football's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asko Sade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 minutes of play, MR Football's Paul Teeäär made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elmu Taimre was left in no man's land by his defense there! MR Football's Janno Osjamets proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save MR Football from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute Paul Teeäär shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elmu Taimre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elmu Taimre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rando Ansip's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Elmu Taimre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Teeäär in the 85th minute of the match. Udo Viitmann charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Udo Viitmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th match minute, Palivere United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Udo Viitmann to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Mart Joamets notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of MR Football's Janno Osjamets. Janno Osjamets was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MR Football fully deserved thier win.
