Alvin Nõmmiste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alari Kaljo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alari Kaljo in the 6th minute of play forced Tonumaa FC's goalkeeper Alvin Nõmmiste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaino Vaiknemets, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Harald Ojakäärs short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Alvin Nõmmiste to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Harald Ojakäär took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Alvin Nõmmiste to make any attempt to save it. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Alari Kaljo put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alvin Nõmmiste. Alvin Nõmmiste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alari Kaljo in the 28th minute of the match. Alari Kaljo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harald Ojakäär sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Harald Ojakäär who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Alvin Nõmmiste when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Märt Äike hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Urmas Erapart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lompka's Märt Saamatu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, Urmas Erapart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alari Kaljo in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvin Nõmmiste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Harald Ojakäär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Alari Kaljo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urmas Erapart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urmas Erapart in the 80th minute of play forced Lompka's goalkeeper Märt Saamatu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Märt Äike's late challenge caught a Tonumaa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Märt Äike helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, Lompka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Märt Äike to maneuver through the defense. Martti Reeder, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Mikk Silm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tonumaa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikk Silm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jarmo Hansen kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Alvin Nõmmiste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald Ojakäär, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Harald Ojakäär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tonumaa FC's zone, Alari Kaljo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvin Nõmmiste came out of the goal and Alari Kaljo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lompka were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tonumaa FC for a fine match.
