In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind JK Tuula Dünamo's goalkeeper Jan Virve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mikk Silm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Virve having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tonumaa FC defense, Gunnar Randveer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvin Nõmmiste. The Tonumaa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvin Nõmmiste should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute Urmas Erapart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Virve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Illimar Muretu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JK Tuula Dünamo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tonumaa FC the free kick. Illimar Muretu kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by JK Tuula Dünamo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martti Reeder was slow to take the kick. During this time Tonumaa FC's players had a chance to rest. After 39 minutes, Urmas Erapart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tonumaa FC and the JK Tuula Dünamo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Urmas Erapart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikk Silm's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Jan Virve skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

If Ants Kartul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Virve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urmas Erapart in the 58th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Mikk Silm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tonumaa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikk Silm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Virve breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mikk Silm scored 1-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Virve, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Tonumaa FC booed when JK Tuula Dünamo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Kallis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tonumaa FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Janis Krae hit a great ball. Märt Jürgenson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvin Nõmmiste. Tonumaa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alvin Nõmmiste came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by JK Tuula Dünamo's Gunnar Randveer. But to his dismay, Gunnar Randveer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Gunnar Randveer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvin Nõmmiste having to interfere. The supporters of JK Tuula Dünamo booed when Tonumaa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janis Krae didn't get a good kick on the ball. JK Tuula Dünamo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
