In the 6th minute Bruno Lehis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tauno Rea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bruno Lehis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erni Trummi in the 21st minute of play forced La Furia Roja's goalkeeper Kusti Agu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, FC D's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Lehis came free, but Tauno Rea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 minutes, Arto Kaare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Furia Roja and the FC D players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arto Kaare kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Armin Seen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kusti Agu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ain Põld charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ain Põld the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC D's Ain Põld got a free kick in the 30th minute. Erni Trummi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kusti Agu having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Erni Trummi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC D's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erni Trummi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Erni Trummi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd match minute, La Furia Roja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgo Naer to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Lehis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tauno Rea having to make a save. Ergo Üits hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Bruno Lehis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Tauno Rea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half FC D were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Lehis to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Vessmann in the 55th minute of play forced FC D's goalkeeper Tauno Rea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ennu Kuuskmäe during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Furia Roja's Ennu Kuuskmäe got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ennu Kuuskmäe got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Armin Seen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Vessmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tauno Rea having to interfere. Bruno Lehis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Tauno Rea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armin Seen got free with Kusti Agu in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 78th minute of the match Arto Kaare completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arto Kaare a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in La Furia Roja fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 80 minutes, FC D's Alari Ragel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kusti Agu. If Armin Seen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC D booed when La Furia Roja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agur Uusnurm didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Furia Roja's Kusti Agu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save La Furia Roja from getting a goal against them. Armin Seen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 92nd minute, Armin Seen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Armin Seen managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC D's supporters rose to their feet, but Armin Seen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kusti Agu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 98 minutes of play FC D's Ain Põld was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to FC D getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Ain Põld hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC D eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
